( NMGL ) they're not current .. that is #1 rule

plus, without FFGO filing the record date with the TA .. no divvy will ever be issued

FFGO has no TA .. FFGO is revoked .. FFGO can not have a TA if revoked

FFGO is no longer a legal on going business

and with form 15 if granted .. you're still abandoned
