No - if that was the case, a joint announcement should have been made when it was ready.

So, in other words - what you are saying is that this is not a done deal as it is not up and running.

And that would simply mean that this is another, in a string of, as yet, unfulfilled promises.

To me - the volume and current pps only points to one thing.
