I've made some calls this morning and the financials will be ready soon but at this time they will not be audited. Audited will come but not until a later date. This company plans on moving slow and steady. It's obvious they aren't interested in selling stock at this point. It's more important to continue their current growth and cover the basic financial requirements. So the stop sign will come off but audits at this time no.
