ALRY shareholders battling Pirates on the high oil seas in Kansas can't fade away like some Pirates might hope...

It does appear that a now fallen group may have tried to prey on assets that were controlled by ALRY shareholders...

Because if the shareholders hold most of the ALRY shares after a 2007 to 2008 laundering by management then they should have answered to shareholders...

There is a common thread look to the Force Fules and Pemco, LLC. stated assets and ALRY shareholder assets...

Neither of those 2 groupy oil startups have shown any meaningful oil lease ownership in Kansas to date...

Mr. Sanford also would have been responsible to ALRY shareholder rights until leaving...

Watching as the web continues to be spun could see the Pirates caught in their own web in the end...
