WMIH will not be sold! WMIH will be acquiring a profitable company that can use the operating loss to offsetting income taxes on profits. Please read Don's post again. It is spot on in describing how WMIH will monetize the deferred tax asset from the abandonment of WMB stock. There is also no two year restriction.
