What is the lowest threshold the FDA has ever used for ORR in refractory patients? 10% confirmed?

Not necessarily all confirmed. lower bound 10% ORR, that was FDA gave to Ipi single arm trial for accelerated approval - seems still true for the last a few accelerated approval based on ORR.
