Have you compared the 12/31/11 balance sheet with the 6/30/2009 balance sheet? Have you looked at depreciation schedules, especially for the software that was purchased on 9/30/2007? Have you looked at the basis for claiming Goodwill as an asset?

Val also reminds me of the Land Shark, trying all sorts of new ruses to get people to invest even knowing about all of the past false claims.
