LOL!!! So, Betamax failed... because... they didn't secure the funds ? Or, they failed... because... they didn't "have the right rocks"?

PRODUCT QUALITY is most routinely the differentiator between market winners and losers... not "the funds"...

In the competition in VCR's... that meant funding Betamax didn't ensure their success.

In mining... that means "the better rocks" usually win... whether the lesser ones out there, like Betamax, get funding or not.
