I can see your point. I should have said the $10,000,000 asset was returned for $18,000 worth of stock (20,000,000 shares at .0009).

That it is the opposite of dilution, so the total dilution for the quarter would be 45,000,000 shares.

I perceive the whole media credit fiasco as a fraudulent attempt to increase assets that has been corrected.
