The disclosure information in the MDGC annual report is supposed to be current and include subsequent events.

I am just now finding the time to review it and the first thing that popped out at me is this:

Item II. The address of the issuer's principal executive offices as of December 31 2011.

MediaG3, Inc.
7280 W. Ustick Road
Boise ID 83704

Val Westergard vacated that office on 1/6/2012 without giving the required 30-day notice. It's clear from this report that MediaG3 has NO current office.

Based upon my initial scan of the document, I will have a many more comments.
