Over a period of time? I am looking at the valuation of VGREF's parent company, that's all.

How could it be explained in laymen's terms? Dr. S could be making a great investment in the shell based on the NOLS based on some info I have read. I just don't understand how to value a company with over $40MM in losses and a $10MM market cap.
