Something to remember, EC brought up the fact that NOLS added value to the company something the debtors did not see or want to address. B Rosen did not know the answer to the value of the NOLS and I do not know if he really cared, but he did care about the ordinary loss and how they could be value to Certain parties, during or after exiting BK........

SNH original plans was to take ownership of the New company and do nothing with it but sell it off...This is what hedgefunds do and take the cash......

Now the question is, we need an audit done quickly, but how quickly should the results come, and how long does the new company stand before selling......You sell of something quick when there is value not hold on to it in todays market....So what is the New BOD not telling anyone.......

You can get all this information in the transcripts and audios that exist......it is all there.......The Ordinary loss is huge Fsshon but who will benefit shareholders or unsubs.......
