You are not taking into account RockTenn's(NYSE:RKT) MonoFills. FULL of waste plastic. If only JBII could get a contract with RockTenn to turn all those millions of tons into fuel............wait........JBII DOES have a contract with them......a 10 YEAR contract to do just that.........z
