In the Consolidated Financial Statement of WMI EOY 2007 WMB was valued at 26 Billion. Deposits were not part of the valuation, so even if WMB were to lose 10% of value in one year, we can honestly say it is was near 23 Billion 20% which is most likely the drop would put it at or near 20 Billion.. In court Justin Nelson of Susman Godfrey (Equity Comm Counsel) valued it at 30 Billion.
This is the same time that Lead Counsel of Susman Godfrey produced paperwork they received from Debtor Counsel now famously known as the Sealed docs, that changed the course of the case and made the Judge whom I call THJMW appoint an examiner.

We know these sealed docs contain some kind of financial info or the Judge never would have allowed EC counsel to either investigate the debtor themselves or have an examiner appointed to do the job for the court. EC choose the examiner and that is where the case stood.

As many here know and were a part of A couple of [us] shareholders formed a group called United Intl to raise funds to help Dan Hoffman put forth a motion to have the docs unsealed. It failed, but at least we tried! Now, in 3 years from the date it was sealed, we can reapply to the court for an unsealing of the docs. I personally will lead that charge again with my own funds. Those docs changed the case and I strongly believe they contain this abandonment information that proves WMIH is sitting on a 26 plus Billion Worthless Stock loss in WMB and the debtors knew it as they were trying to extinguish the shareholders and give everything to the hedge funds. (WMIH will have to disclose to us by EOY this info.)

In this same period, THJMW ruled from the bench that she would not allow the debtors to abandon the stock of WMB until confirmation. Debtors were trying to abandon this stock in 2010. At the same time they were saying WMI was insolvent and shareholders would receive nothing. Well we received part of the reorganized company because THJMW would not let the debtors kill equity..
