I'm not being pessimistic, but to turn around a defense contractor in 90-120 days is very, very difficult from my personal experience.
I am optimistic that INHC will show an improved P&L in August 2012.
Meanwhile they need some good PR releases to attract investors,some long term financing and very profitable contracts.
