Yeah, I really want to see some filings. Stratus paid $2 million for PELE and it was stated more than once that those funds were to go to Pro Elite to further the business. There's no way I can see that they could have spent that much on the events they produced so far. Especially considering part of the costs would be offset by the HDNet deal. Plus, what type revenues have they gotten from the Strikeforce and KOTC deals?
