Identa's window of opportunity is all but shut.
For those around long enough recall Armor Holdings BAE took them out of the reagent detector market. AH had been making around $6million a year in sales. Identa's newer technology was to have replaced AH's dated detectors. Yet instead of $8 million a year Identa is $8 million in the red diluting like no tomorrow and still failing to find any significant contracts.

I think the digital age is eroding any market share Identa might have had. Why else can't they pay there bills, the kits simply do not sell in quantities forecast or expected. Something is seriously amiss , outdated technology is my hunch. Remember that global contractor selling scanners for airports? Now Identa wants to introduce sniffers but where is this illusive company that needed Identa's proprietary detectors? I'm thinking that company blew them off forcing Identa to come up with a better mousetrap. $8 mill in the red instead of $8 mill in the black you really have to wonder why these kits don't sell a fraction of the numbers anticipated...

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
Including mine...good luck!
