Don't know if you are right,... but ~40% of an approximately $18 Billion loss is nothing to sneeze at to the right purchaser.

Regardless of which pathway we go,... Ordinary Losses or NOLs, there is value to sitting here holding WMIH. Might be your 6 month window. Might be 2 years or so.

Just a question of how much and how soon IMO.
