Personally I think that with the SEC involved and the current E.Spitzer era there will be every effort made to see the right judgement made especially in this pinksheet issue. That is why I am confident that when BCIT reopens it will do so in a very rewarding way. This type of criminal behavior still exist in the markets from the largest to the least however like I said the Spitzer era, when these criminal activities are found the Governing bodies of the markets have their reputations at stake and where else best to demonstrate fair and just compensation to shareholders other than in the pinksheets. Sorry just thinking out loud!!!
