here is form 211 below...I don't think a non reporting company needs to produce financials. As long as the MM feels confident that BCIT is compliant, then resuming trading will be easy, imho.

Since the SEC was asked by the company to be halted, and since the SEC is managing this situation, it is my opinion that BCIT will have several MMs once the suspension is lifted.
