"We will need to retain SEC counsel to engineer the process." Is this common for the SEC to "approve" another trading vehicle as one is under investigation or has been listed on the greys? Wouldn't the application have to be filed under a new name/owner?
Just some thoughts I have. The PR, imo seems to indicate Gandy has more of a positive outlook then most of us holding tens of millions of his shares.
