I heard something from my friend.Maybe the auditor is not proper for SGOC.He is not familiar with Chinese accounting methods or Chinese business practices.You know,It is common that has culture shock.So, it doesn't mean any wrong about SGOC.Once SGOC finds the proper auditor everything will be fine. Besides, the auditor needs time to understand company then do things well.
