Ian, speaking for me, I think RS are a last ditch effort for an already dying horse, I have not seen one work yet,Most RS make more paper pump and dump, on and on, then RS again change their ticker, and right at it again.........IMHO a good company would not let themselves get in a situation where their share price has tanked, and Revs and real money and earnings are their last thought on making things right........RS have to go IMHO...........
