PSMH Financing Activities Net cash provided by financing activities for the nine months ended March 31 , 2012was $1,270,738 consisting of cash proceeds of $820,738 from sale of our common stock to accredited investors, cash proceeds of $500,000 received from the exercise of warrants, and cash proceeds of $70,000 received from a related party for funding our operations, and cash payment of $120,000 to repay a loan received from a related party.
