3. It appears that CXO was in way over their heads when they teamed up with Torvec. Not to say they are incompentent, but were out of their realm of expertise. Time is money. How can this situation be avoided in the future?

JG Ummmm……I’m limited because of lawsuits that have been filed HOWEVER, reread carefully our 8K filing responding to David Carlisle.

In the future, one step, I’ve been named CEO. Therefore, I’m not out of my realm. The concept of having to bring in outside people to run the company won’t be needed in the future. In the future, the only position we expect to bring in from the outside will be CFO….and we will be very careful.

Now I would like to expand beyond the Q for a comment. The times we’ve brought in outsiders it was not because KG and I couldn’t do the job. We due to events occurring at the time, were epreparing to expand the size and nature of the business from being a start up to being a commercial company. Bringing the people in we did, was to groom and prepare them to run a commercial entity, not a start up! And, where we were, and what was going on made ti difficult to bring in someone form outside culture to run the business. Doesn’t matter if you bring in a executive from a toothpaste company or an auto company. Admin skills are Admin skills. Period. A balance sheet is a balance sheet.
