Wish I knew more about options. From what I've read, options strategies seem very complicated. But it's one of the few areas where an investor can score a 10 bagger in a few days.
Well, looks like Facebook laid an egg today. It seemed expensive priced at an estimated PE of 100, so I didn't bother with it. A month ago the IPO would have probably done better.
Chart-wise the S+P looks to be headed toward a test of the 200 MA (1278) and the Nov/Dec support levels (Nov/Dec highs at 1270-1285). Next support below that is Dec low (1200) and then Nov low (1160). First thing to watch though is for a test and possible bounce at the 200 MA (1278).
