WHY WOULD THEY POST A NEGATIVE PR AT ALL???

Makes ZERO sense for a pbulicly traded company to dislose such negative information about the company when the did not have to.

Why not just wait until the next 10-Q, or file an 8-K?

Who would use PRweb, a secon rate PR feed, at best?
