Megola is an old company that had a poor business plan that was never executed effectively. When they restructured the emphasis was establishing better product definition and the development of Marketing and Distribution policy. BFLX is doing that from the very start.
There product marketing effort has been relatively small with some minor distribution in Canada. They do not market in the EU at all. BFLX is focused on the EU and Asia for its initial launch.
They attempted to market many products and restructured to market some products using Hartindo formula but have not had much success and look to be finished. BFLX is a start up business.
They have had adverse legal issues. BFLX does not.
