I just spoke with a trader. He told me he does not think SGOCO will get delisted. But he told once she starts trading - it can go down to 0.70 $ and from there rise to 1 $ after some times.
But if she complies with Nasdaq requirements- this can re-open HIGH maybe around 2.50 $.
He told me not to worry- it happens with a lot of chinese companies.
This is second time SGOCO changes auditor in less than a year--- it is not a good sign!!!
