I have been dealing with Stan and Bill Yotty, Al and Teresa only became a part of AER recently, they too had signed agreements with AER and eventually merged with AER and given stock and titles in AER. As for signed documentation (as well as any other correspondence between Stan (AER) and myself (Black Gold)), I will gladly provide any and all documentation with you and all investors. As I am new to this board, I only have 3 posts per day, so if you would like to see the documents, email me as other investors have and I will help you or answer any questions I can to the best of my ability. Stan received my letter (draft of news release) yesterday, and he is supposed to get back to me today, as soon as I get a response from him (good or bad, lets hope good) I will be more than happy to share his response with all who are interested.
