The last 3 trades are all at 250,000 at 11. Dilute Dilute Dilute.

Furthermore, i emailed ir@insightmanagementcorp.com with a question about diluting AFTER the PR saying they would not and if they weren't then are they at all concerned about the PPS dropping.
