I honestly believe all these folks are closer than you know. Or at least closer than they want us to know.
When working together in a gray area it is best to keep all the loose ends tied so the group is not exposed to one individuals problems... imo
Once cannabis is rescheduled it will open up various opportunities for some serious M&A in the sector.
Until then they will operate as separate entities with one common goal... For the movement to proceed.
GW has already opened the door for CBIS via the FDA. CBIS then opens the door for others after their approval.... and so on.....
I also believe CBIS has made some great partners already this year without having to merge with a stinky pink sheet company..... The bad apples tend to spoil the bunch.
