Firstly, you definetly have right to requst an answer from the company, totally agree. Then, the Q you askd, I have to say different management system. The superior officers may not answer you and I did not mean that no one will be reponsible for this task. A Chinese will keep slient to avoid rumors even though the shareholder. There will be strict rules when these uncontrolled situatins happen untill they find a proper way to solve these. They are all good learners from top us universities, adimitedly, but they still have Chinese people's concious about these sensitive things. What they do may call differnt prediction or rumors, but this is also another way to save time to solve the issues.
Anyway, I agree you that SGOC have to give an answe as soon as possible and it's reasonabke to connect with them to get extra info. I am suggesting you turn another way to know more about.this company from its,product or management system of China to turn another vision. making yourself keep an open mind but not sleepless night in panic and noghtmare in lost money.
