I do not understand why now lots of people here discussing why no one reply to the phone or emais from the superior officers from a eastern company. If you have a strong desire to invest such a easter company as SGOC, a chinese company, why not learn anything about chinese culture. As I know, not all superior officers would like to answer questions from the clients unless they are partners or VIPs or some govermental officers. And some people also mention about chinese way of PR and reasons why they may delay. Not referring to anyone, I will ignore all the phones and emails through this period since too mnay people have done this. How can they choose to spend time replying to these staff rather than solving the PR problems as soon as they could to end this issue. Even you have the numbers, call and ask the Q you want to know, I can tell you exactly they will not say anything since Chinese people prefer to be slient to.avoid the rumors so that no explanations in private are currently the best way for them to solve these issues. Assume you are the CEO, what order will you give to your employees?
Anyway, this is all IMO. Try to think it in Chinese way, you.may have a open mind. Now phone or email is nonsense. Believe or not, someone have proved my theory. Move on!
