I believe Val has learned not to publicize too soon. He bowed to the pressure of calls and other sources all but demanding updates, PRs, not realizing he had a loyal enough investor backing that outweighed the demands for PRs. He (and investors, including the very same that demanded PRs) paid a heavy price for trying to please a few.
