the sole reason of the price manipulation is that it CAN be manipulated. With such a large float it easy to pound a stock into the ground just as fast as though it were a death spiral. KMAG is a quality company, has a quality ceo and founder, but is a broken stock. Until the a/s, even though non-dilutive, undergoes a reverse split it will continue on this shake even with positive earnings and increased yoy/qoq revenue increases. imo's of course, but it is very tradable ;) C4
