You know what kind of pressure they operate at? I hear it's dangerous to put a hole in them while they are under pressure. Of course with them turned off right now .... I wouldn't imagine they are empty. Just not under pressure. Hm, unless you are at the bottom of a hill. Sounds dangerous.
