"I'm very sorry, I can't help you with guidance as to how the shorted shares will be covered. I am a transfer agent, and I only deal with authentic issued and outstanding shares of BCIT. I suggest you refer your question to your broker."

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
