The broker/dealers (especially the online outfit) are all staffed by some of the least intelligent, least informed people I've ever seen on Wall Street. Some of these people have even passed their Ser 7, how I don't know. Some are "management". Does not much matter.

(I used to be proud that I had a Ser 7/ plus other licenses for many years.......not so sure about that any more.....
