Here it is in part......I had other questions, but this goes to the address issue.

As all our info is available online to everyone, let me answer your questions openly:

Yes, the address we use on our website and with all filings is indeed mail service- for mail use only,.

Our office are here in Saint Augustine. We are virtual, in one sense, with key players scattered all over US: SEC counsel in NY, patent counsel in Miami, Bluetooth in Mason Oh, M&A in Boulder, CO, and of course, our partners manufacturing, under our watchful eye, in Smithfield, RI and San Diego, California, and many other locations in US and the world.

And, of course, our engineering is in Seoul, South Korea, and molding and supply in mainland China.

While in Miami for 15 years, we had our own shops by the airport. But now, with move to Saint Augustine, and with our transition to pure Intellectual Property, it is most cost-efficient to have resources all over the world. Just the way it works best now, it seems.
