Actually what I found telling along with the naming of a new CEO with 25 yrs in the waste and recycling business, is the departure of Dr. Begai. This indicates to me that a new board is being assembled. Most likely with individuals with experience in the industry.
Kevin Rauber will also, probably want some other people on board to expedite changes he may feel are needed to expedite both production and rollout. I am looking forward to more changes on the management level.
Processor three was not mentioned. My thoughts are that they may be waiting for Mr. Rauber to evaluate exactly where to put the third processor. Considering his background, coupled with the delay of the SWP modification, he may well feel it may be prudent to ship that processor to the first RKT site, providing that the site is close to being ready. This is an unknown at the moment as it wasn't mentioned in the Q.
Mr. Raubers experience and and contacts in the waste and recycling world are a major asset to the company. That should not be discounted even to the slightest degree. The man has huge credibility within the industry and by him assuming the CEO position, I am quite sure many within the industry will be taking a much closer look at JBII.
I for one am excited by the changes. The future certainly looks brighter for the company.
Good luck to all longs!
