anyone with any experience would know the PPS was at .15 --someone wanted to buy a large position so it was walked down by hitting the bid and that someone been loading in the .06 area for weeks -the paint down or up is to keep it in this area and it has worked well-- wow such a mystery for some - obvious to others get over it -- now why would someone be loading in the .06s for weeks ? you can figure that one out on your own-

And that's all I'm asking of you.
