Thanks for all the updates on Powers. How did you pull off a meeting with him? Just curious.

About Kathy's shares in the LLC....those were before the split so I'm not sure if some of the 225 million released after the split to Kathy and "team" went into that LLC or not. I would assume she is still holding at least the split shares in the LLC. It wasn't disclosed in the most recent filings. The filings say no officers have freely trading shares so I don't think they are the one's selling here. IMO it is more likely the previous note holders who were given common shares. All IMO, there is no way to know for sure. But that's the way this game is played.
