Your point is well received here my friend. One of Val’s struggles has been people doing DD in places that has prohibited him from being able to get a foothold. In other words, giving the competition a heads-up. A perfect example of that is Atlanta. There had been so many calls placed from investors, as well as non investors to that complex that Val was trying to get into, that the competition saw a red flag and adjusted accordingly to keep him out.
Takes a lot of backing is right. Easy to pass judgement when you’ve not been there. From what I understand, this CEO is frugal, almost to a fault. I will take him selling credit cards over selling stock any day. He is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn’t. He appears to be using less and less of the investors money, and that still isn’t enough.
