Hedge, it is worse than you think.

1. A TF entity got 1MM shares for assisting Harvey sell his note to Owens in exchange for Centaflix shares and a control block of N.

2. Owens sold both Harvey's note and the control block (442MM shares) to Joe C. So whatever number you are using, add another 442MM to it, and the 7.5MM Owens still has).

What's confusing is some people logic. Ok to sell steeply discounted shares to people who lent/invested a few hundred grand. Yet they say, not ok for Joe C to get cheap shares despite putting up $300k+.

Same thing on the float. Not ok for Q to 8MM o/s.

Too funny.
