I have one question. How is this good for NHSH Shareholders - conversion ratio of $.0015/share for convertible shares.

How are MILLIONS OF SHARES AT a RIDICULOUS .0015 pps good for the common shareholders buying in the market.


How does that help us?

Why are the NHSH discounted shares SOOOOOOO CHEAP?

conversion ratio of $.0015/share THAT IS ABSURD!!! I see value here at .0015 alone. I can only reasonably buy once the pps is at .0015 and I seen no cheaper discounts given or out in the float at that time.

Why would mgmt do that to us. It is an awfyl plan for NHSH shareholders to have a few select people get shares at such an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE. All shareholders should be aware of these numbers.
