From the 10Q:
"If we are successful in establishing the pilot production plants in Canada and/or Texas, of which there can be no assurances given, we are anticipating revenues in the eighth month after receipt of funding for each respective plant. We can provide no assurances that funding for the proposed pilot plants will be available to us on terms satisfactory to us, if at all."

Thus they are telling you not to expect any meaningful revenues until at least 8 months after they receive funding to build a plant, if they ever receive such funding.
A Solterra IPO is not even on the radar. It may or may not happen in the future, but will not happen until/if the share price is well north of $1. Right now you have one stock worth a dime, do you want two worth a nickel??
