It is great that the Bod and directors have issued themselves some options to play with. As for transparency most companies will Pr any filing as news. Form 4 ,8k, 10k /Q, S-1 it is communication as to what the company is doing. It is a form of dilution to be sure but more importantly it benefits the BOD and the directors. Just what has ASPW done for the shareholder. I'm sorry but merle said it They would rather of talked about there "Future plans" rather than Numbers this years! Surprise !! There are no number folks !! The GE thing is great BUT it is the same deal as ABB and Eagle Pritchard They exchange Products and Technology and hope for the best. FURTHER I was to understand that The FBI was REALLY LIKING the system....really! where is the update / NewsPR/ ORDERS ?anything to verify??? In spite of all that was said at the annual meeting it was SMOKE until you see Orders and Numbers I;m just sorry about that. The shareholder is still hanging even after the 1 for 20 split to try to drive some life into this....hows that working? Even after the Big GE announcement It dropped two straight days>>>>>I guess I'm still waiting for something solid........
