Willard is obviously someone incapable of feeling empathy for others...we've heard it during his campaign - he said he "enjoys firing people" in response to not getting good service...he said the poor "don't matter". The words Willard choses when answering questions is window to his soul.
If voters do not pay attention to what this guy says/how he reacts to questions, they will pay a heavy price if he's elected president - forget Willard's (weird) frozen smile, listen to him talk!
