I believe that chatrooms can affect individual investors' decisions. Perhaps over time it will not affect the ultimate price, but it can sure affect the individuals who either get scared and sell at the wrong time, or who buy on euphoria. And, it can create a panic (in either direction) that can affect a daily close. Being a penny stock makes it very easy for market makers to manipulate the share price to wherever they want, and please remember the article I posted yesterday about scumball Blech who is now under investigation for setting up shell accounts and buying and selling to and from himself to manipulate stock price. This is MUCH harder to do with a more expensive stock.
Frankly I would like to see NNVC follow ACTC's lead and do a reverse split for the purpose of raising the stock price enough to enable listing on a real exchange, and also getting the price above 5 so that funds can invest in it. (Many funds are forbidden to own stocks that trade at less than 5)
